Hello everyone and welcome back to the Farming for Passive Income show where we strive to educate the agricultural community on hands-off commercial real estate investing and growing their business.
I’m your host Casey Silveria and today we are joined today by Anthony Chara.
Anthony Chara is a seasoned Real Estate investor, an educator, a philanthropist, a family man, who has been in the business since 1993
He has investing and property management experience dating back to 1993. Mr. Chara turned to Apartments full time in 2004 and has owned or syndicated over 2,000 apartment units around the Country.
Presently, he is a managing partner of Apartment Mentors and the founder of Success
Classes. During the past 20 years, he has owned or managed several successful
Companies. Mr. Chara started his teaching career in September, 2006, in order to educate both the beginning investor and more sophisticated investors about how to successfully invest in Apartments.
Mr. Chara also volunteers and supports several worthy charities such as the American
Red Cross, Denver Rescue Mission, Habitat for Humanity, St Jude Children’s
Hospital and the Wounded Warrior Project.
